One of the most incredible features of a smartphone is the GPS that allows your location to be picked up wherever you go. Long gone are the days of paper maps; smartphone apps can now navigate you to wherever you need to go by working out the directions for you.

Whether you believe it’s a good change or a bad change, social media has transformed the world. You can now connect with your friends and family at the touch of a button, checking in on their latest photos, statuses, and activities. Social media has the great ability to connect you with people all around the world, right from the comfort of your living area.

There’s thousands of different apps you can download onto your phone, and a lot of these are designed to make your life that little bit easier. Everything you once needed to do on a computer or by hand, can now be done through your phone. Apply for a job? Check. Online banking? Check. Book an appointment? Check. There’s an app for pretty much everything, so get searching!

As well as being an admin genius, smartphones will also keep you entertained. They basically come with a built-in entertainment system where you can watch TV, download films, listen to music, read books, or play games. There’s so much you can do.
Whether we like it or not, smartphones have revolutionized the world and the way we live in it. You can try and avoid succumbing to the pressures of getting a smartphone as much as you want, but when you do finally admit defeat (and you will), then you will realize how much you have been missing out on.
